The 2014 Collection
The 2014 Collection provides the perfect opportunity to taste the three unique and distinguished releases from 2014. An fantastic growing season meant superb quality of fruit enabling each of these wines to be created zero dosage, showing the excellent 2014 vintage without additions.
2014 Pinot Meunier. Only 2,062 bottles of this wine were made, each bottle is individually numbered. Lees aged for over 10 years, this sparkling wine is a zero dosage example of 100% Pinot Meunier Blanc de Noirs that loves to be paired with food.
2014 Sparkling Rosé. Only 1,513 bottles of this wine were produced. An elegant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. A delicate pink colour, the outstanding 2014 vintage has not failed to impress again with this zero dosage rosé sparkler.
2014 Classic Cuvée. Released with zero added sugar due to the quality of fruit in 2014, this release is not only delicious showing caramel and baked apples on the palate, but is also satisfyingly lower calorie.
