We tank aged this wine on a light lees, giving a soft and elegant Pinot. It is a light straw colour, with nutty oxidative notes on the nose that give way to softer tropical fruits and apricots.

This wine has a full, silky mouth with a zesty nature and a gentle, tropical palate. Best served chilled as an aperitif with olives, salted peanuts or oysters. Also goes well with fish and chips!

“👀 Pale rose gold yellow. Really clear and clean

👃 Blueberry yogurt and unripe melon

👅 Unripe melon, pineapple. Really clean at first on the pállate and then you get this volume being slowly turned up which really promotes those flavours. Medium to long finish. Medium acidity, low-med body and low tannin.

I will be buying again. Tickerage really do make the most of the best grapes grown at each vintage and have produced something really special and different here.”
