We tank aged this wine on a light lees, giving a soft and elegant Pinot. It is a light straw colour, with nutty oxidative notes on the nose that give way to softer tropical fruits and apricots. This wine has a full, silky mouth with a zesty nature and a gentle, tropical palate. Best served chilled as an aperitif with olives, salted peanuts or oysters. Also goes well with fish and chips!
