Sussex Cyder case

With spare tank capacity in the winery in 2011, we collected apples from local Sussex orchards. We then processed the apples in the same way we create our sparkling wines, fermented in stainless steel tanks and bottle aged on the lees. The result, some 9 years later, is a wonderfully luxurious cyder like no other.
Best served in flutes, this makes a wonderful aperitif. However, at just 8% alcohol it makes a thirst quenching accompaniment to any occasion!
